Nose
It has beautiful dark fruit notes of blackberry on the nose.
Palate
Medium body with a bright finish.
Food Pairing
The acid on the end makes this wine ideal to pair with game, grilled skirt steak, brats and other types of sausage, and hard cheese such as fontina or parmesan.
Aging
Cab Franc aged 14 months in French Oak.
