Growing Conditions

The fruit for this wine comes from Benjamin's vineyard, which is the same vineyard where we grow the Pinot Noir for the sparkling Blanc de Noirs. This is one of the oldest Pinot Noir blocks. The majority of these vines are own-rooted which gives the fruit a stronger sense of terroir.

Nose

This wine gives off Bright Cherry aromatics followed by lightly ripe strawberries filling the glass.

Palate

The palate continues with the classic cherry flavors that Pinot Noir creates.

Food Pairing

Pinot Noir Rose wines pair deliciously with thyme-roasted chicken, Gouda cheese, salmon, and salads.

Aging

This wine was aged in stainless steel with minimal contact with the lees.
